Width and Length are from the mounting flange, depth is from top of the flange to the bottom of the float.  Floats taper slightly from 1” inside the flange to the bottom.

Mounting flange is 1" wide and 1/4” thick

Attachment with self-tapping screw, lag bolt, or nut and bolt to wood, aluminum or steel structures

Construction: Vacuum formed, high molecular weight high-density virgin polyethylene (HDPE) plastic.  Minimal tub wall thickness .125" (1/8”) with molded-in stiffeners for reinforcement.  A special formulated HDPE weld tape forms a durable 1” watertight seal and permanently bonds the top to the tub.  Two air release vents are located under the flange on opposite corners to discharge built-up air.

Foam: 1 lb. per cubic foot solid expanded polystyrene (EPS) foam block

Buoyancy Capacities: 380-1,280 lbs net freshwater buoyancy

Warranty: 10-year, non-prorated

Exceeds Code of Federal Regulations CFR Title 36, Section 327, Subpart 30.

1. Main Body of Float.

2. Attaches to wood, aluminum or steel structures.

3. 1/4” thick mounting flange.

4. Self-drilling/self-tapping screw, lag bolt, etc.  Ideal location for attachment is 1/2” from edge of flange.  Drilling beyond 3/4” may compromise the watertight integrity of the float and void your warranty.

5.  Note: Flange is for attachment only.  Weight of structure must be supported by stringers across the body of the float.
