Each float consists of a solid block of expanded polystyrene foam encased in a high molecular weight high-density virgin polyethylene plastic shell, which is vacuum-formed to the dimensions of the foam block. “DOCK BUOY” floats are designed with a rigid mounting flange around the top perimeter allowing easier and more secure attachment to your dock structure.
