Each float consists of a solid block of expanded polystyrene foam encased in a high molecular weight high-density virgin polyethylene plastic shell, which is vacuum-formed to the dimensions of the foam block.

“DOCK BUOY” floats are designed with a rigid mounting flange around the top perimeter allowing easier and more secure attachment to your dock structure.  This 1" wide and 1/4"-3/8" thick mounting flange eliminates the risk of puncture during installation insuring your dock stands the test of time.

  • Exceeds Code of Federal Regulations CFR Title 36, Section 327, Subpart 30, (Appendix C, Line 14).
